Refund Policy
Unless expressly stated in an order form, statement of work or other written services agreement executed between you and the Company (each, a “Service Agreement”), all fees and charges for the Services, including any set-up, implementation, customization, support and subscription fees, are non-refundable, except to the extent a refund is required by applicable law. Any refund expressly agreed in a Service Agreement will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after approval and may be net of any applicable bank, payment processor or other third-party charges and taxes. For the avoidance of doubt, amounts paid prior to any suspension or termination are non-refundable, and refunds relating to your customers’ purchases through your online storefront are solely your responsibility and are not governed by these Terms.
